Michael Maupin is the founder and CEO of Marketing and Business Integration (MBI). Mike has over 20 years of sales experience in the Information Systems Industry. Michael started his career at IBM as a sales representative. Later he served as a Business Unit Executive responsible for a $300 million sales organization. His team covered Vanguard, Capital One, AOL and several other large IBM customers in the Mid Atlantic region. In 2001 Maupin's team closed a $1.2 billion outsourcing contract with Nextel. In 2008 Maupin started MBI Fuels as a reseller for the major oil companies. He has continued to grow MBI Fuels by adding new clients in the Federal Government and Mid Atlantic States. He is the VP of the Chester County OIC Board of Directors and a Member of Rotary International. Michael holds a BS degree in Marketing with a minor in Small Business at Virginia Commonwealth University.

As a founding member of MBI, Chawn brings over 15 years of marketing and business development skills to the MBI team. Prior to MBI Chawn managed day-to-day operations as the Director of the East Coast Region sales team of one of the top 3 mortgage companies in the US. In addition Chawn founded and ran a start-up mortgage company for 5 years. He won 6.5 million in unsolicited fuel contracts for an MBE Start up business in 2006 with DOD. He is personally responsible for the strategic partnerships formed with Mid/Major fuel companies and two of the largest freight providers in the US, providing a 15,000,000 gallon a month fuel line. Chawn holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University. He is the former Athletic Director for the Ft. Washington Boys and Girls Club from 2001 to 2004. Chawn currently serves on the Deacon Board at New Chapel Baptist Church in Camp Springs, MD. He is currently working with Sam Dean's campaign for County Executive for P.G. Co. Md.

Jake is an Operations Management professional with extensive experience managing complex business operations and developing logistics. Jake comes to MBI Fuels with over 20 years of logistics experience as a regional manager at UPS. He manages the daily fleet operations of MBI's fuel freight providers ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and to the right specifications. He has optimized workflow efficiencies, and reduced order error-processing rates and aligned MBI's operations initiatives to meet OSHA and other regulatory guidelines. Jake holds a BS degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
